My models are optimized for use in Vtube Studio, and an optimized settings file for your model will be provided.

Half Body cuts off around the waist/hips. Any parts below this cutoff such as clothing, accessories, detailed hand/finger movements etc will not be adjusted at all or very minimally.

I do not offer rigging for extreme face angles or hand tracking at this time.

MUST provide actual character reference sheet(s). I am not currently taking design commissions. Design adjustments are fine if you have specific references available (partial design fees may apply).

Commissions will only commence once initial payment (min. 50%) is received.

Commissioned artwork may be posted however the client would like, however please credit back to me @Krimchii.

Standard art commissions are for personal use only but if you need it for commercial rights (used on stream or in a video, merchandise, monetization in any way) please message me separately.

I'm likely to post wips and finished pieces to my twitter/YouTube or may stream on Twitch while I'm working. If the client wishes to keep their commission private, there will be a privacy fee based on the price.

Feel free to inquire about a project even when I'm publicly closed. I'm happy to discuss details and may be willing to take on your project if the timing works out.

In regards to fan art commissions, I as the artist reserve the right to sell my work as merchandise.

Do not edit, trace, redistribute, make merchandise of, use for AI, or create non fungible tokens with my art or commissions.

Commercial costs are included in the price of Live2D model commissions. These rights allow the client to create content such as Twitch or YouTube livestreams, videos, and posting to various social media. These commercial rights do not include selling merchandise of the model art specifically or reselling assets of the model.

Credit @Krimchii is required in the client's bio or about pages wherever the model is used in an easy to see place.

Completion time for commissions may vary and as such are set on a loose schedule done at my pace. Typical turnaround for a Full Art+Rig model can be 1-3 months. Deadlines are always up for discussion.

The .PSD art file and runtime files required for model tracking will all be delivered to the client. The Live2D workable project files(cmo3) are not included or for sale in order to protect my work as I provide updates and options for ongoing projects. Please contact me if you would still like to discuss potentially acquiring said files.

Should I cease working on models or anything should happen to me, all relevant files will be sent to clients to continue with other artists/riggers.

If the model will be used for a business or talent agency, the price will be adjusted to the scale of the project accordingly. Please email me separately for inquiries [email protected].

Model Privacy Fee: If the client wishes for the commission to be private until they have debuted, there will be an additional 15% privacy fee on the total price. I will not stream progress of the model or post anything to my social media or my portfolio until I have received the OK or after the client has debuted.

I accept payments in USD via Paypal Invoice

After the Invoice is sent it must be paid within 5 days of the request. If the client has failed to pay the invoice at this time the commission may be pushed back or cancelled and I will move on to another client.

Payments may be made in full at start of commission, 50% upfront and 50% 1 month later, or in installments spread out up to 4 months maximum for a small 3-4% fee on the total cost of the project.

Independent of which payment option is chosen, completed files will not be delivered until payment is received in full.

Tips are very much appreciated but please don't feel pressured to leave one if it's not within budget. If you would still like to, however, tips will be enabled on my invoices or you can tip me separately through my Ko-fi Page.

NO refunds once payment is received. If I have not begun on the project and payment(s) have been received, the client may request a maximum of 50% refunded for my time processing & searching for new work.

In the case that I am unable to complete a commission and have to cancel, the client will receive a full refund.

Revision requests to the main pose after the sketch has been approved will incur a 5% fee on the total commission cost. No revisions to the art can be made after final work has been approved and sent to the client.

Minor rigging adjustments may be requested after files have been sent over for testing. Any large changes that were not brought up during progress check-ins may incur a fee of ~5% of the total cost of the commission.

I am happy to make changes or adjustments during the commission process, however, if the change requests are excessive or begin to increase workload, a ~3% minimum charge on the total cost of the commission will be incurred.
